Located adjacent to The Iron Horse Hotel’s two-story atrium lobby lounge, Branded promises a mix of locals and travelers from business suits to biker leathers. Vintage modern décor matches the cocktail list, with specialties ranging from old-fashioned high balls to brave new concoctions by Branded’s resident mixologists. And setting out to be the best bar food in Milwaukee, The Iron Horse Hotel’s Chef Thomas Schulz rocks a menu of classics with a kick in the ass. Think Kobe and crab sliders, Corn Nut-crusted shrimp, our signature DLT made with duck confit and our favorite white truffle and Wisconsin Parmesan House Chips.
