Smyth Makes Top 30 Restaurants

Words from Carol Deptolla of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel about Smyth when including us in her 2014 "Top 30" list of dining spots in Milwaukee. Executive Chef Bradford Shovlin, who began this year, leads the Smyth culinary team at The Iron Horse Hotel Drawing seasonally from the bounty that Wisconsin and the Midwest have to offer, Smyth balances playful and traditional dining experience with seasonal menus. In addition to recently being named one of “8 of the Most Delicious Farm-to-Table Hotels in the World” by Yahoo Travel, Smyth has also launched its brand new website Carol leaves diners with something to keep in mind: "Bear in mind that many restaurants will begin changing their menus for fall, and the summery dishes mentioned below will be going, if they aren't gone already.
